INTENT TO NEGOTIATE/RENEW A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER USDA's Food and Nutrition Service intends to renew a sole source purchase order with Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft's Premier Support Services. These support services were specifically designed by Microsoft to meet the needs of the Food and Nutrition Service. Renewal of these services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Microsoft Premier Support Services Description, V3.0 (07/21/99). This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. All proposals received within three days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
