Sole Source Acquisition is contemplated to the University of Florida, Gainesville FL., for operation of a Graduate Level Residence Center at Eglin AFB FL. Operation shall consist of providing course work, counseling and supervision of theses as necessary for Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Mechanics. Additional mathematics and computer science courses shall also be offered each semester. A minimum of 52 courses are to be provided in the 2000 -2001 academic years (base year) plus four one year options. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(g) and 2305 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. AAC intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with the University of Florida unless responses to this notice reveal additional sources capable of satisfying the requirement. Interested sources must submit clear and convincing documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability to meet the Government's requirement. Such statements of capability should include evidence of Masters and Ph.D. degree programs in the areas listed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
