Qualifications and experience must include: (1) teaching leadership principles (communications, teambuilding), (2) experience working with DoD organizations, (3)experience as a supervisor or manager, preferably in the Human Resources area with knowledge at both headquarters and field level organizations, (4) experience (either as an HR specialist or as a supervisor over HR specialist) in at least 3 of the areas such as classification/position management, employee relations, labor relations, recruitment/staffing, human resources development/workforce development, and equal employment opportunity. Additional credit provided for experience in additional areas (over the minimum three). Sources must have presented course at least six times with a portion of that experience within DoD. Course desired to be 4 1/2 days of human resource topics and 1/2 day devoted to leadership principles.
