although vessels up to 100,000 bbls may be considered. Time charter
with firm period of 17 months, with two 17 month option periods.
Laydays (intended) March 2000 through September 2000. Geographic area:
Korea/Japan with occasional voyages to Guam/Johnston Atol/Midway/Wake
Island. Vessels must be less than 20 years old throughout the life of
the charter, have approved coatings, min of 3 segregations, min 5 ton
hose handling crane/boom, max LOA of 400 ft, min laden draft 25',
segregated ballast, min speed 10 knots with min cruise range of 5,000
NM, ability to mechanically clean at sea, and have ISM/ISO
