The technical criteria consists of three factors: Past Experience and Corporate Experience, Support for Small Business, and Project Management. The work is at Fleet Combat Training Center, Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Plans and Specifications will be available on the approximate date of 11/16/99. Proposal Opening Date is 12/16/99.
