Project is to upgrade court spaces at the John F. Kilkenny U.S. Courthouse and Post Office, 104 SW Dorian Ave, Pendleton, OR. Work will include replacing exposed electrical wiring and conduit, installing new ceilings, painting, and miscellaneous repairs. Five options are also included in this package -- Option One: Provide a galley and vanity in the Judge's chambers; Option Two: Provide a new glass exterior hallway door; Option Three: Provide a new brass kickplate; replace existing metal foot rail; provide new carpet in jury box; Option Four: Demolish existing suspended ceiling system in the 2nd floor elevator lobby and replace with a gypsum board ceiling system; Option Five: Provide 2 automatic push plate door openers for existing hallway entry doors. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $100,000 -- $250,000 and the effort shall be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Codeand small business size standard for this procurement are 1542 and $17.0M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about November 16, 1999 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about December 16, 1999.
