Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to remove two existing chillers (one 25 ton chiller and one 40 ton chiller) from the basement of Building No. 1 and replace them with one 86 ton package chiller on the exterior of Building No. 1. Existing chiller water loops and pumps will remain. Two larger pumps will be installed to accommodate the 86 ton chiller package. Work to include all necessary electrical work to accommodate the new equipment. There will also be a small amount of ceiling removal and replacement. All work to be done in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Solicitation packages will be issued on November 15, 1999, a Pre-Bid meeting will be held on November 30, 1999 at 10:00AM local time and Bid opening will be December 15, 1999 at 2:00PM local time.
