Delivery to CONUS or Port of Embarkment. The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for a manufacturer's entire crane/lifting product line. The Government anticipates continued recurring demand for these items. Anticipated contract rype is a commercial requirements type contract (I/A/W FAR Part 12).Multiple award contracts will be placed with vendors for an individual product line. Only one (1) award will be placed for each manufacturer's product line. Product line is to include but not limited to: Various sizes and styles of cranes in accordance with the solicitation. All terrain, rough terrain, lattice boom, truck mounted, crawler mounted, material handling, gantry, bridge, tower, straddle. Also, staddle carriers, derrick diggers, bucket trucks, boom trucks an additional miscellaneous equipment not covered under the above. Life cycle parts support will be included in the solicitation. The suppliershall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the supplier's commercial catalog. Such items may be referred to as "Products or end products" hereafter. Supplier my sell to the buyer any items or services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to the customer's requirements. Items may include but not limited to parts, options, attachments, and add-ons. Services may include but are not limited to repair, installation, extended warranties, training, etc. The terms of the resulting contracts are a three (3) year base with three (3) two (2) year options and a one (1) year option for a total of ten (10) possible years. Delivery shall be in accordance with supplier's best commercial practices.
