The Bureau of Reclamation,(Reclamation), Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for replacement of the Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) SCADA system. The SCADA system shall include hardware and software and is to be furnished and installed under the specifications and drawings of the solicitation. The system shall provide operation, remote control and monitoring of eight hydroelectric powerplants with a total of 19 generator units and associated switchyards and appurtenant dams. In addition, the system is required to connect with Western Area Power Administration's SCADA system in Phoenix, Arizona and the Bureau of Reclamation Regional Office in Salt Lake City, UT and Montrose, Colorado, (through the existing microwave links) to exchange power and water schedules. The system shall provide control and monitoring capabilities for the following hydro-powerplants with appurtenant dams and facilities as follows: Glen Canyon Powerplant(Arizona), Flaming Gorge Powerplant(Utah-Wyoming), Fontenelle Powerplant(Wyoming), Blue Mesa Powerplant(Colorado), Morrow Point Powerplant (Colorado), Crystal Powerplant(Colorado), Upper Molina Powerplant (Colorado), and Lower Molina Powerplant(Colorado). The total generating of eight powerplants within the CRSP Project is approximately 1,760 MW.
