The original notice stipulated that firm-fixed prices were be requested for overhaul of C130 avionics components. This notice serves to correct the original notice from overhaul of the items to REPAIR only. The following correctiong in specifications also apply: NSN 6605-00-034-2500, P/N 100524, HSI shall be repaired in accordance with Air Force Technical Order 5F8-16-3-3, latest revision; NSN 6605-00-797-0134, P/N 522-1785-003, HSI shall be repaired in accordance with Air Force Technical Order 5F8-16-10-8-1, latest revision. NSN 6130-00-772-8567, P/N 8TJ51GAA5 or NSN 6130-00-772-8599, P/N 8TJ51GAA4, Power Supply shall be repaired in accordance with Air Force Technical order 5L14-2-7-13, latest revision. NSN 1680-01-201-5691, P/N 540-25100-004, Altitude Alerter shall be repaired in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (Kollsman) manuals and specifications. All Air Force Technical Manuals are export controlled and can be obtained in accordance with T.O. 00-5-2. T.O. maintenance and release are controlled by Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK. The closing date for receipt of offers is extended to 22 November 1999, 3:00 pm EST. All other terms, conditions and specifications of the original synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
