The Bureau of Public Debt (BPD) intends to issue a simplified acquisition for the purpose of obtaining support services to advise on the development of an enterprise-wide integrated information technology architecture. Required capabilities of the contractor include: support service and guidance to enable BPD personnel to conceptualize, analyze, design and implement BPD IT Architecture; unlimited telephone access to contractor analysts; an outline of the IT process methodology utilized by the contractor; hold briefings on subjects relating to enterprise-wide architecture; provide oral and written reviews of documents developed by BPD IT Architecture team; provide materials/presentations developed as part of the contractor_s standard Enterprise Architecture services to BPD team; provide written reviews of key announcement and research as related to new enterprise architecture technologies and/or services; provide intensive multi-day training seminars in architecture concepts and _how-to_ methodology focusing on principles, recommended practices, guidelines, planning, component architectures, revising enterprise-wide IT architectures, design and implementation; hold frequent discussions with BPD personnel on a variety of technology topics; hold frequent discussions with BPD personnel on a variety of technology topics; hold teleconferences analyzing enterprise-wide IT architecture annual trends. The contractor must also have proof of their ability to successfully provide enterprise architecture advisory services; ability to critique target architecture work products; and proven methodology in creating IT architecture.
