To achieve this goal, NIDA supports the INVEST (International Visiting Scientists and Technical Exchange) Program and its multiple international components: professional development through fellowships; information exchange and dissemination; and technical and scientific consultation, including workshops and conferences. The purpose of this procurement is to provide management and oversight for the INVEST Program and to insure the implementation of the required associated program tasks. NIDA anticipates that a 2-year cost reimbursement type contract with one additional option year will result from this procurement.
