The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into a sole source extension of a contract for hotel rooms and related services it has with the Crowne Plaza Suites in Dallas. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be from January 1 through June 30, 2000. The purpose of this extension of services is to complete an existing requirement for guest rooms and meeting rooms for OCC_s UCE examinations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document is available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Responses (in writing) should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement.
