This Request for Quotations is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable SIC Code is 1623. The tentative date for receipt of quotes is 13 December 1999 and a Group Site Visit is tentatively planned for 7 December 1999.
