The project will be at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. Project is primarily to replace approximately 600 LF of 8" sewer main including approximately 12 each 4" laterals and 1 each 6" lateral. Work includes removal of acid waste piping (AWP) at crossings. The AWP is considered contaminated along with the soil adjacent to the AWP, which must be segregated by the contractor. Government will perform all testing and will dispose of all hazardous waste. Equipment access is limited to a personnel double door. The SIC Code is 1711. The related small business standard is $7.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
