Therefore, to achieve standardization, solicitations will be issued only to the following firms: Marvin Engineering (32067), and Hughes Aircraft Co (82577). Approved sources are Marvin Engineering and Hughes Aircraft Co. This solicitation is expected to result in an 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
