This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as suppplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is USZA95-00-Q-0005, and is issued as a Request For Quotation. The due date is November 15, 1999 NLT 2:00PM est. The Government intends to award this acquisition to Robertson Aviation as a sole source requirement. The requested fuel tank spare parts can only be supplied by Robertson Aviation. The listing of numerous items and varied quantities requested shall be downloaded from the Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Any contractor must register in IBOP in order to be able to submit a quote. Once registered, there is no requirment to register again. Quotation for this solicitation will only be accepted through IBOP. The items will be delivered to Raytheon E-Systems in Lexington, KY. The delivery date will be determined upon award in accordance with contractor's availability.
