Acquisition is restricted to source (s) on Source Control, Altered Item,, or Selected Item, drawing documents. As a result, the government anticipates that this solicitation will result in award of a sole-source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1 There are no Government Drawings or specifications available for this solicitation. This is not a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 22 Nov 99 to sources requesting a RFP document. Fax requests to the point of contact (POC) are allowed and should be requested in time to meet the RFP response date.
