JFL Communications, Missouri City, Texas is the only known source that can provide service to retrofit a fixed, trailer mounted, SOLA/JFL KU Band Satellite System to a stabilized platform system onboard the Dredge Hurley. This shall be a turnkey operation with the contractor furnishing all equipment, hardware, labor and employee per diem to complete the job.
