The sizes are as follows: 36"WX75"Lx5-1/2"D, 36"XW80"Lx5-1/2"D, and 38"WX75"LX5-1/2"D. The period of performance is for One (1) Base year with One (1) Option Year. The Delivery Order Minimum is: 20 Each Item, The Delivery Order Maximum: 2,000 Each Item. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount: 20 Each Item. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Atlant, GA. Delivery Acceptance is 30 Days after receipt of each delivery order. This requirement is domestic only and is all or none.
