This requirement is for development and test of Electronic Warfare Support (ES) Systems and related equipment interfaces with shipboard systems. This includes support for development and test of a Passive Surveillance Radar (PSR) Engineering Development Model (EDM) unit, which will be integrated with the AN/BLQ-10 ES system. Integration considerations will include, but are not limited to installations on Virginia, SSN-688, and SSN-688I class platforms. Negotiations will be conducted, solely with Lockheed Martin.
