The Agency for International Development/Office of the Inspector General (USAID/IG) manages a personnel security investigations program for USAID. The intent of this procurement action is to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (approximately 55), for personnel security investigator services to conduct field work for this program. The contractors shall furnish all labor, materials (except Government-furnished materials), travel preparation, equipment, tools, operating supplies and incidentals to complete the work. Travel and costs associated with travel will be reimbursed at cost not to exceed the rates allowed in the Federal Travel Regulation. Selection will be made depending on the geographic needs of the USAID, the geographic distribution of offerors, and the relative order of finish in the selective factors/subfactors rankings. The Blanket Purchase Agreement performance period will start October 1, 2000 through June 30, 2005 on an as needed basis in the United States or overseas.
