The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for engineering and technical services to support system engineering efforts in the standardization, integration, and consolidation of various Advanced System Technology Office products. Services will be technical product oriented pertaining to management planning, engineering, analyses, integration, testing, evaluation, and logistic support at both a single site integration facility and shipboard for Tactical Control Program products. Efforts will be required in the major task areas of Program Technical Management and Engineering Support, Product Development, and In-Service Product Support. A five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Cost Plus Award Fee provisions is anticipated. Total estimated man-hours for the five year period is 423,500. Key categories of labor include Program/Project Manager III, Systems Engineer III, Systems Analyst III, and Electrical/Electronics Engineer III.
