SOL) The issue date for plans and specifications is 5 November 1999 and the closing date for submission of offers is 22 November 1999 at 2:00 P.M. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), copies of the solicitation will be available through the electronic medium or may be provided in a paper hard copy format via FAX Request #215-897-6932, Attn: Eileen M. O'Rourke. The government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of a FAX request on Company Letterhead citing: solicitation #N62472-99-Q-0108, identify whether the firm is a small business, small disadvantaged business, and if the firm is a women owned business to the name and address indicated above and the internet.
