We are seeking sponsorship for specialty foods, desserts, decorations, flower arrangements for the tables to be presented to the attendees, and a Easter Bunny to interact with the the brunch participants. We would accept all or part donations/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done on all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for this solicitation may be requested no later than 8 April 2000.
