The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, administration, tools, parts, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all Custodial Services required to maintain all designated spaces and special buildings to include; halls, rest rooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways (interior and exterior), lobbies, barracks, clubs, storage areas, stairways (interior and exterior), and other common areas for the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) at the Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, California and the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California including facilities in the area of NBVC at Laguna Peak, CAMAIR, San Nicolas and Santa Cruz Islands, and Camarillo Housing. The Standard Industrial SIC Code is 7349; Small Business Size Standard is $12.0 million. This contract is a combination Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity type contract with a Base Period and Four Option Periods. Contract award will be based on the "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" process using criteria outlined in the solicitation.
