The work includes but is not limited to the provision of all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to provide and secure repairs, replacement and the complete installation of new roof systems to existing structures at various locations. This includes but is not limited to, demolition and removal of various roofing systems, flashing, counterflashing, cants, curbs, vents, louvers, fascia, drip edges, roof insulation, decking, gutters and downspouts, scuppers, drains, blocking, and other incidental related work. Also included are roof repairs of various existing roof systems and complete installation of new roof systems to existing structures including but not limited to flashing, counterflashing, cants, curbs, vents, louvers, fascia, drip edge, roof insulation to include tapered insulation, decking, gutters and downspouts, scuppers, drains, blocking and other related work required to make structures complete and ready for use. This procurement will result in the award of an indefinite delivery contract with a performance period of one base year and three one-year option periods. . The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice for two additional (12) month options. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 36 months. Delivery order minimum is $5,000 and maximum is $250,000,000. The contract minimum guarantee is $125,000. The maximum contract value shall not exceed $1 Million for each contract period. Pursuant to FAR 17.203(d), offerors may offer varying prices for option periods. The time for completion is 365 calendar days. The estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications is November 1999. The estimated cost range is between $125,000 and $1,000,000.
