Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to install new fire doors and/or frames, exit signage and emergency lighting in Hangars 75, 79 and Building 63 at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work includes, but is not limited to, covering the interior walls of the Component Shop and Locker Rooms in Hangar 75 and the Blower Rooms in Hangar 79 to create a minimum one hour fire rated walls. Fire exits shall be created within the Component Shop spaces of Hangar 75 and the Break Room in Building 63. The lean-to spaces shall be covered from above or below in Hangar 75 to obtain a one hour fire rating. Exit signage and emergency lighting shall be installed in Hangars 75, 79 and Building 63. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K and is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1542. Completion time is 240 DANTP. The proposed procurement shall be in effect for the Basic Contract Year with an option for an additional one-year period.
