The 38th Logistics Squadron has a requirement for nonpersonal communication services for the upgrade of a PictureTel Concorde 4500 VTC System at Tinker AFB OK. A firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded. This is a commercial acquisition that has been set-aside for small business. All responsible small business sources are permitted to quote. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 1731 with a size standard of $7,000,000. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Steven H. Sheldon, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer.
