This is an addition to the FY99 Contract DAAHO199C0002, to cover depot level diagnosis and repair of AMCOM managed assemblies and subassemblies for the PATRIOT Weapon System to include various National Stock Number, Army Part Numbers, and quantities. This requirement is sole source to Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Andover Plant, 350 Lowell Street, West Andover, MA 01810, the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will supply agency requirements. The Government does not have in its possession the technical data package suitable and/or cannot provide Special Test Equipment to support competition. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
