The following will be required: Meet with Phase II Measures Redesign Team as necessary; Provide input to complete Quality Measures and their effectiveness; Provide input to complete statistical sampling methods available for each industry segment in Large & Mid Size Business to meet goals of the service; Provide input to Redesign Executives in requests for her opinion on how Quality should work in the IRS; Assist the National Director, EQMS in determining what their sampling population and sample size should be, as well as their sampling methodology. This includes the following program areas: Estate and Gift Tax, Employment Tax, Excise Tax, Interest, and Penalties; Provide Statistical Sampling workshops for the Specialty Measurement Development Teams.
