It is the potential offerors' responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Please note that the NASA Glenn Research Center has not yet made a decision as to whether this procurement will be set aside and that it reserves the right to determine the appropriate method of procuring the services based upon its analysis and evaluation of the capability statements. The NASA Glenn Research Center is seeking qualified small businesses, hub zone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, includes those that are women-owned, and/or 8(a) firms capable of performing work on an upcoming. The procurement will include curator services; management and operations of the Visitor Center facilities; provide and coordinate tours to the public; receive, respond and distribute public mail and manage and maintain publications; coordinate, maintain and assist in the Educator's Resource Center; support NASA Glenn's Speakers Bureau; support and supply resources to the High Performance Computing Coordinator for the K-12 Learning Technologies program; maintain, design, construct, update, schedule, ship, set-up and store NASA Exhibits and Artifacts; plan, implement and operate a Volunteer and an internship/co-op program; and support and coordinate Special Projects. The procurement is a follow-on to NAS3-27612. In order to ascertain the method of procurement for the services outlined above, qualified small businesses, hub zone small businesses, small disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses, and/or 8(a) firms are invited to submit a "capability statement" to the NASA Glenn Research Center. Information to be provided must include, but is not limited to, name and address of firm; size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees, ownership, and whether they are small, small disadvantaged, 8(a) include graduation date from the program, and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information such as parent company and/or teaming partners; and list of customers covering the past 3 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and points of contact/addresses/and phone numbers). Detailing all relevant technical qualifications, interested firms should also include in their capability statements demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a workforce and performing work similar to the technical requirements of this procurement. Interested firms should also demonstrate their ability to finance a service contract, with a line of credit or other financing of up to $250,000. Capability statements should be no longer than 10 pages in length. The proposed primary Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this follow-on procurement is 7389 with a size standard of $5 million. Secondary SIC Codes proposed are 7384, and 7336.
