Sources Sought- The Communication and Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center and PM Combat Identification (PM CI) are seeking sources for the purchase of supplies and services to design, develop, integrate, document and produce the Battlefield Combat Identification System (BCIS) installation kits for the following host vehicles: M113, M1064, M1068, C2V, M548, M1078, M109a6, M270A1, M88, M9, M992, Grizzly, Hercules, HMETTS, and HMMWVs. Installation Kit design must be compatible with both the host vehicles and the current BCIS design developed under CECOM contract DAAB07-93-C-K011 with TRW, Inc., Electronics Systems and Technology Division, Space and Electronic Group, Redondo Beach, California. Interested sources must have the following minimum qualifications: 1) Integration design, Integrated Logistics Support, manufacturing and fielding experience with the host vehicles and 2) An established operation at Ft. Hood to support kit installation on host vehicles, as well as New Equipment Training and Fielding Teams. This is a market survey requesting information only. No solicitation wil be issued against this notice. If there is any resultant solicitation, it will be publicized in accordance with FAR Part 5 accordingly. This survey is also issued IAW the requirements of FAR Part 10 to determine the applicability of FAR Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items."
