Box 385, New Freedom, PA 17349 to provide approximately 600 hours of non-personal Budgeting Services and Training to the U.S. Marine Corps Direct Reporting Program Manager -- Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM-AAA) organization. The Budgeting Services requirement consists of reviewing and commenting on DRPM AAA budget exhibits, with special attention to defensibility and probable impact of the exhibits at the Navy Comptroller Office (NAVCOMPT), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Congress. The Training requirement consists of training DRPM AAA personnel in budget preparation, Total Ownership Cost, Cost as an Independent Variable, Earned Value Management Systems, and budgetary impact statements.
