TRANSPORTATION AND IMBALANCES refers to the NCNG Rate Schedule and T-10 contract addendum for Fort Bragg. To clarify, this document is provided for vendor information only. The T-10 Transportation rate is the rate the government will pay NCNG to transport the Natural Gas from Station 65 to the Fort Bragg Military Reservation. The BOA Holders price quote shall consist of all charges for one month of firm natural gas to include: commodity, interstate transportation to NCNG at Station 65 of the Transco Interstate Pipeline, shrinkage, and all fees and taxes. It should not include the transportation charges covered by the T-10 rate. b. A.11. HISTORICAL DATA. The information contained on the Historical Data Chart is changed to read "NATURAL GAS USAGE IN MEASUREMENT OF THERMS" in lieu of "NATURAL GAS USAGE IN MEASUREMENT OF DECATHERMS". c. The date and time for receipt of initial offers remains "not laterthan (1600 hours) 4:00 p.m. ET, 10 Nov 99" as established in Amendment 0001, however, it is restated that this is an open and continuous solicitation. The announcement will be available at http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/solicit.HTM and will remain open to allow emerging Gas Marketers to submit offers to become BOA Holders. The Government will, at its discretion, determine a final closing date when offers will no longer be accepted. Notification of final closing date will be published in the CBD. d.
