and Community Service (CNS), a wholly-owned Government Corporation
intends to award a contract(s) to a qualified vendor (s) who can
provide meeting space, lodging, audio/visual equipment, transportation,
meals for attendees and have or be near an outdoor training facility
with a rustic or natural setting for special open-air training,
challenge/ropes course and team building exercise. Training will be
held in the CNS Clusters (Atlantic/ Southern Cluster- Greater
Martinsburg, WV; Greater Atlanta, GA; Greater Charlotte, NC, Greater
Washington, DC; Greater Baltimore, MD, Pacific Cluster- San Francisco,
CA Metro; Greater Chicago, IL; Greater Indianapolis, IN; Greater
Detroit, MI; North Central Cluster- Greater Milwaukee, WI; Greater
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Greater Chicago, IL; Greater Indianapolis,
IN; Greater Detroit, MI; Southwest Cluster-Greater Albuquerque/Santa
Fe, NM; Greater Kansas City, MO; Greater Denver, CO; Greater Dallas,
TX; Greater Austin, TX) from February 27, 2000, through November 3,
2000. The facilities shall be near (within 1 hour drive) an airport hub
with transportation to the training facility. The National Service
Executive Program Training (NSE) is 5 -days. The dates of training are
February 27 through March 3, 2000, July 16 through July 21, 2000. The
areas of consideration: San Francisco, CA, Metro Area; Greater San
Francisco, CA area. The dates of training are April 9 through April 14,
2000. The areas of consideration: (1) Greater Milwaukee, WI (2) Greater
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN (3) Greater Chicago, IL (4) Greater
Indianapolis, IN (5) Greater Detroit, MI or Greater Albuquerque/Santa
Fe, NM, Greater Kansas City, Greater Denver, CO, Greater Dallas, TX
area and Greater Austin, TX area. Duration of Training: BEGINS -- on
Sunday morning and ENDS on Friday afternoon. Lodging: up to 30 single
occupancy rooms for 5 nights beginning on Saturday prior to the
beginning of training. In addition, 7 single occupancy rooms for 7
nights beginning on Friday prior tothe beginning of training. Meeting
Spaces: One (1) large meeting room to seat up to 37 people each day of
the training. This room should be available 24 hours and for the
duration of the training. Four (4) breakout rooms to seat eight (8)
people and space to tape charts. These rooms should be available 24
hours, and for the duration of the training. One (1) room to serve as
conference headquarters. This room should also be available 24 hours
and wired with two (2) telephones jacks for computers, and have storage
space for training materials/packing supplies. Meals: BREAKFAST:
Continental style: include fresh fruit for up to 37 people for six
days; beginning on Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
LUNCH: Buffet style: for up to 37 people, Sunday through Friday, from
12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Provide Kosher and vegetarian meals upon request.
A box lunch should be prepared for 37 people at the outdoor
challenge/ropes course area. DINNER: Sunday through Friday for up to 37
people in a private dining area at approximately 6:30 p.m. Provide
Kosher and vegetarian meals upon request. BREAKS: Coffee, juice, tea,
soda, water, and snacks morning (approximately 10 a.m.) and afternoon
(approximately 3 p.m.) break for up to 37 people Sunday through Friday.
A/V Equipment: For the duration of the training: One (1) VCR projector
and large screen in the main meeting room each day of the conference;
one (1) overhead projector/screen in the main meeting room for each
day of the conference; two flip charts in the main meeting room and one
flip chart in each breakout room daily; Access to a high-speed copier,
as needed, two days prior to the beginning of training. In
Registration: Two (2) large covered tables in the foyer outside the
main meeting room beginning on Sunday and continuing the next day; a
telephone at the registration desk. Transportation: Shuttle service
between your facility and the local airport and Amtrak station. The
National Service Executive (NSE) Follow-up Training is 3 days. The
dates of training are May 31 through June 2, 2000. The area of
consideration is Greater Martinsburg, WV area. The dates of training
are September 6 through September 8, 2000. The areas of consideration
are San Francisco, CA, Metro Area and Greater San Francisco, CA areas.
The dates of training are November 1 through November 3, 2000. The
area of consideration are: (1) Greater Milwaukee, WI; Greater
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Greater Chicago, IL; Greater Indianapolis,
IN; Greater Detroit, MI or Greater Albuquerque/Santa Fe; NM; Greater
Kansas City; Greater Denver, CO; Greater Dallas, TX area; Greater
Austin, TX area. Duration of the Training: BEGINS on Wednesday morning
and ENDS -- Friday evening. Lodging: up to 30 single occupancy rooms
for three nights beginning on Tuesday. In addition, 3 single occupancy
rooms for five nights beginning on Monday. Meeting Spaces: One (1)
large meeting room to seat up to 35 people each day of training, with
space to tape charts. This room should be available 24 hours for the
duration of the training. Four (4) breakout rooms with chairs for 9
people and space to tape charts. These rooms should be available 24
hours for the duration of the training. One (1) room to serve as
conference headquarters. This room should be available 24 hours be
wired with two (2) telephone jacks for computers, and have storage
space for training materials/packing supplies. Meals: BREAKFAST:
Continental style: include fresh fruit for up to 33 people for three
days beginning on Wednesday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
LUNCH: Buffet style: for up to 33 people, beginning on Wednesday
through Friday, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Provide Kosher and vegetarian
meals available request. However, on Thursday a box lunch should be
prepared for 33 people at the outdoor challenge/ropes course area.
DINNER: Meals for three nights beginning on Wednesday through Friday
for up to 33 people in a private dining area at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Provide Kosher and vegetarian meals upon request. BREAKS: Coffee,
juice, tea, soda, water, snacks morning (approximately 10 a.m.) and
afternoon (approximately 3 p.m.) break for up to 33 people Wednesday
through Friday. However, the Thursday afternoon break shall be served
or made available at the outdoor challenge/ropes course area. A/V
Equipment: For the duration of the training One (1) VCR projector and
large screen in the main meeting room each day of the conference; one
(1) overhead projector/screen in the main meeting room for each day of
the conference; two flip charts in the main meeting room and one flip
chart in each break-out room daily; access to a high-speed copier, as
needed two days prior to the beginning of training. In Registration:

Development Program is 4-day. The dates of training are March 21
through March 24, 2000. The areas of consideration are: Greater
Martinsburg, WV area; Greater Atlanta, GA; Greater Charlotte, NC;
Greater Washington, DC; and Greater Baltimore, MD. Duration of the
Training: BEGINS on Monday evening and END on Friday afternoon;
Lodging: up to 17 double occupancy rooms for four nights. In addition,
7 single occupancy rooms for 6 nights. Meeting Spaces: One (1) large
meeting room to seat up to 40 people each day of the training. This
room should be available from 7am to 6pm for the duration of the
training. Four (4) breakout rooms to seat 9 people and space to tape
charts. These rooms should be available 24 hours and for the duration
of the training. One (1) room to serve as conference headquarters. This
room should also be available 24 hours and wired with two (2)
telephones jacks for computers, and have storage space for training

Federal Regulation requires that any hotel/conference space contracted
shall meet and comply with American Disabilities Act (ADA). Therefore,
the facility must meet ADA accessibility requirements. To be
considered, proposal must include the following information:
(1)-lodging rates for double or single occupancy for each night. (2)
Cost per day for each meal served. (3) Charges for meeting space and
individual items of audio-visual equipment. (4) A description of the
shuttle services available and any cost associated with shuttle
transportation. (5) Cost per page for use of your copier machine. Price
