The contract period will include a base and four option year periods; base period: date of contract award through September 30, 2000, Option Year 1: October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, Option Year 2: October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, Option Year 3: October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, Option Year 4: October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. The estimated number of sessions for each Medical Records Assistant is approximately 780 two-hour sessions per performance period, 3 two-hour sessions per day, five days per week, normally scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, not to exceed 30 hours per week.
