The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Syracuse is seeking a proposal to provide shuttle service between the Medical Center at 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse NY and the Rome Outpatient Clinic, 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY. Trips are round trip, Mon- Fri. excluding Federal Holidays. One trip would be in the morning and one in the afternoon. The transport vehicle must be air-conditioned and have capacity to transport up to (5) five ambulatory passengers in addition to quantities of misc. delivery containers. Driver must have capability and shall be required to pick up and deliver minimum weight and size containers of correspondence, lab specimens, and patient records. Driver shall transport these items from designated pickup and delivery locations within specified buildings. The SIC code is 4119 with a small business size standard of $5.0 mil.
