X -- LEASE OR RENTAL OF FACILITIES SOL TIRNO-00-Q-00037 DUE 112999 POC Contract Specialist, Maria Middleton, (202) 283-1309 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Ronald Reagan Building/International Trade Center Parking, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W Washington, DC, for the lease of twenty-five (25) unreserved parking spaces within a secured indoor garage for the period 12/1/1999 to 09/30/2000. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This parking facility must be within a three-block radius of the IRS Headquarters building at 1111 Constitution Avenue. This three-block radius is defined as East -- 9th Street; West -- 15th Street; South -- Constitution Avenue; North -- G Street. The Internal Revenue Service must have access to this facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365/366 days per year. The security access to this parking facility must be maintained by a parking garage attendant during operation hours and 24 hour access by any means (attendant, key card, key, etc.) at no additiional cost to the government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A solicitation package will not be issued. A request for a solicitation package will be considered nonresponsive. All rsponsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. All quotations must be received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, November 29, 1999.
