This includes the paving, curb and gutter, the northwest sidewalk and lighting. It does not include the sidewalk leading from the existing parking lot to the FY00 Dining Hall. Item 0003 -- Option 2, Furnishing and installation of the kitchen equipment for the Bakery, room 147 and Utensil Wash, room 148 as indicated on drawing; and the kitchen equipment for the Central Preparation Kitchen, room 156 and Cooking, room 158 as indicated on drawing. Item 0004 -- Option 3, Furnishing and installation of a 110-ton chiller and associated piping as indicated on drawings. Item 0005 -- Option 4, Furnishing and installation of a 170-ton chiller and associated piping as indicated on drawings. Item 0006 -- Option 5, Furnishing and installation a stand-by generator as indicated on drawing, and described in specification Section 16237, Single Operation Generator Sets. There will be 90 calendar days from contract award to exercise options. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the government's best interests, the government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
