Project will include cutting existing slabs and excavation in the interior of the building to expose and replace existing plumbing lines or to install new plumbing lines; remove and replace existing floor finishes to accommodate work including vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile, carpet and quarry tile; repair of other finishes disturbed by work; protection of walls and other existing finishes; installation of flowable fill; installation of new piping or replacement of existing piping on the exterior of the building; removal of certain landscaping materials including plants and soil; and placement of new soil planting and sod/seed.
