Health Clinic -- Construct a health clinic with a total area of 1,968 square meters. The facility has concrete foundation, steel framing, brick veneer walls and thermoplastic membrane roofing. The primary facility includes an administrative area, general practice, occupational health, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology area, and storage areas. Air Conditioning: 188KW. b. Dental Clinic -- Construct a single story 25- chair dental clinic with a total area of 1,508 square meters. The facility has concrete foundation, steel framing, brick veneer walls and thermoplastic membrane roofing. The facility will contain dental treatment rooms, laboratory space, and administrative functions. Air Conditioning: 200KW. c. Miscellaneous Sitework. Supporting facilities for both facilities include an entry plaza, the extension of utilities (electric, water, sanitary sewer, information systems, etc.) paving, walks, curbs and gutters; storm drainage and storm water management structures; landscaping and site improvements. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 13 Dec 99 at no charge per set.
