Z -- IQ PAVING AT THE NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY SOL N68711-00-R-8690 DUE 010400 POC Carrie P. de Jesus, Contract Specialist, (805) 982-1034 This solicitation is for indefinite quantity paving at the Naval Base Ventura County (Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme and Naval Air Station, Point Mugu and vicinity -- CAMAIR, Camarillo Housing, San Nicolas and Santa Cruz Islands). General requirements are for the contractors to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the paving and concrete repairs on Government owned roads, parking lots and structures. The contractor shall accomplish all surface preparation, repair and cleaning. This solicitation is for a Base year and two (2) twelve months options for a total of 36 months. Estimated price is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1611, the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. This requirement is open to all 8(a) HUBZONE firms serviced by SBA, Region 9 only. Prospective offerors must certify that they are approved 8(a) HUBZONE Firms serviced by SBA in Region 9 Area. The contractoror his Responsible Managing Employee (RME) shall possess a current State of California contractors license in the applicable classification. All responsible sources, 8(a) HUBZONE in Region 9, may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
