The work includesr repairing existing ceilings and wall; replacing existing flooring and ceilings; repairing interior spaces; replacing existing HVAC system, rerouting duckwork and replacing exterior underground chilled water piping and insulation; replacing showers at restrooms; replacing existing conduits and light fixtures to conform with the new HVAC system; replacing exterior underground sanitary sewer line; construction of a concrete foundation and erection of a Government-furnished 100' free-standing steel tower, and miscellaneous site concrete sidewalk and stair repair.
