The upgrade will include Dell Pentium III Processors, a Pentax VCU Processor, HP4500 Printer, UPS and all software to the current system. Installation, wiring and 12 months maintenance are to be provided. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and other than full and open competition in accordance with (41 U.S.C. 253 (C) (1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).
