The SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to award a $102,000.00 commercial sole-source contract to Datacomm Management Sciences, Inc. in support of the Automated Network Control Center/Automated Technical Control (ANCC/ATC) program at NCTAMSPAC, Hawaii. DMSI Inc. will provide the matrix switch and parts which will be added existing switches currently in place. DMSI, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this material since the control system is a COTS product and is proprietary to DMSI, the original equipment manufacturer.
