The minimum quantity for the life of the contract is 30 samples, and the maximum quantity for the life of the contract is 1,000 samples. The Service Contract Act is applicable to this requirement, and the place of performance is unknown. The Contracting Officer has obtrained Wage Determinations for Huntsville, AL; New Cumberland, PA; Berkeley, IL; Joliet, IL: Protland, OR: League City, TX; Ukiah, CA; Huntly, IL; and Richmond, VA.
