requirement for the following: Establishment of a Requirements Type
Contract for repair on the Telephonics C-11746 Intercommunications
System (ICS)applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter. This Requirements Type
Contract will be for a Basic Period plus four (4) one year options. The
contract will consist of the following: (1) Receipt and Visual
Inspection Contract Line Item Numbers, (2) Test, Evaluate and No Repair
Contract Line Item Numbers, and (3) Repair Contract Line Item Numbers.
Government's required delivery schedule is on or before 30 days after
receipt of reparable or order, whichever is later. Data Reporting will
be In Accordance With DD Form 1423-1 (G009). This is a sole source
requirement: Telephonics Corporation performed all design efforts, and
holds the proprietary data rights to this product. No Government
