Q -- RADIOLOGIST SERVICES FOR CBOC SOL RFP-20-00 DUE 120199 POC Bonnie Obermier, 402-486-7880 The VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System, Grand Island Division, intends to negotiate a contract for Radiologist Services with Radiology Services, P.C., North Platte, NE. Radiologist Services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) that is located at 220 West Leota, North Platte, Nebraska and operated by the VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System, Grand Island Division, 2201 North Broadwell Avenue, Grand Island, NE. The types of Radiologist Services to be purchased include but limited to reading and interpretation of general x-rays such as chest films and other non-invasive radiology procedures including exams where immediate results are required by the physician for diagnosis and treatment of ill beneficiaries of the VA. The Contractor will provide the services of a Board Certified and licensed Radiologist to perform a variety of radiology procedures including but not limited to interpretations of films to be done at the Hospital Corporation, North Platte, NE. The Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, space and personnel to supply the services. Additional needs for Radiology Services will be met through referrals to the Lincoln Division of the VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System. The contract will be for one-year period with two option years available for renewal. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirments may respond by furnishing, in writing to Bonnie Obermier (90C), 600 South 70th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, the information which substantiates the offeror's ability to provide the required services. All responses must be recieved by COB December 1, 1999. Any responses will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration.
