A total of 65 parking spaces is required. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor. Space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. LOCATION: The space must be bound on the north by Ruben Torres Sr. Boulevard and Coffee Port Road; on the east by Old Port Isabel Road; on the south by Boca Chica Boulevard; and on the west by Old ALice Road, to Los Ebanos Boulevard; Los Ebanos Boulevard to Bernard Road.
